WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

You can see your order status by logging into your account. We try to get our orders out as soon as possible, but unfortunately, there are other factors that could delay your shipment that could alter your ship date. If you are notified of your shipment after 5PM Central Time, your order may not ship until the next business day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your package, login to your account and view your order history. Click on your order number. If you package has shipped, a tracking number will be shown on your order page.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you just placed your order, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number and the delivery address update. Once your order says "In Process," we have a very small window to change your address.
